game time

By Tara Zandra | May 4, 2007

Last night was my turn to conduct the activities for a Try-It at Brownies. Tabitha had chosen “Playing Around the World” which meant playing a few games from different countries. I was so nervous for most of the afternoon that the girls would think the games were lame, but instead they had a blast. Two of the games were running games, and as they are girls, there was very loud screeching going on. All in all it was a success and my nervousness was for naught and I had a good time watching all of them have fun.

LOL! When Gillian was in Brownies and it was my turn to lead the Try-It, that’s the same one I picked. In my case it was because I knew I was hopeless at crafts, which obviously doesn’t apply to you. :)

I am glad it went well, I have that same worry/fear at scouts each week. The kids always have fun. The worry never goes away though.

I am so glad you had a good time running the games. You did a gret job of keeping them interested and involved.
