the real way to cut stress

Getting up at 5:30am four days in a row to do yoga and workout does not lower stress as I had hoped.

Chucking all responsibilities and going to the zoo, however, does.

    All I saw of your entry in Google Reader was the post title ‘the real way to cute stress’ and the first few words which were about getting up at 5:30 to do yoga and I thought, “She CANNOT be serious…” so when I opened up the entire post it made me sigh with relief and a giggle. LOL
